I returned the item, I’m not certain if I got a faulty one or is the product was subpar. I used my existing connector which was 100% better. So much for replacing/improving my connection.

There should be a warning saying they wont work with the locl cable provider.

The Cable Co. tracked it to my house, removed it and the problem went away. Do not buy it. I lost my money on it. It is old technology that conflicts with the newer technology.
