Used this 8'cable to connect Samsung 40" TV M#UN40NU7100 to Onkyo Receiver HT-R320. Onkyo Receiver is an old receiver with no HDMI input, but Receiver is working well and optical cables were my only option. Sounds great and allows me to get extra mileage out of the receiver.

Used this 4' cable to connect LG 55" TV M# 55UK6300 to Sony Soundbar M# CT-260H. HDMI input on soundbar worked fine when viewing programs from the cable box, but soundbar did not work when streaming. Now all is well either through cable or streaming using the optical cable.

While the Toslink insert has b=been standardized, many manufacturers have suffered under the assumption that the connection area on the device they are intended for is flat. In many cases it is not. The actual insertion port may be contained in a shallow recessed cavity of its own which may be of any size or dimension. This being the case, the enormous size of the finger collar of the connector is often too large to fit into this nonstandard recess. The solution to this issue would be to make certain that the finger collar scarcely larger in diameter than the standard Toslink insert itself.

Very durable & flexible cable. Very nice to have pre-packaged end caps to protect sensors at ends.

The cable did its job and providing a clear and better connection between the soundbar that i bought and our tv!

Im not sure what my husband used this cord for. So I am assuming it worked for him. Because he did not tell me to return it to the store. He is a stickler of keeping items around the house we are not using.

Used to connect from optic output on LG tv. Connected to convert to rca jacks to connect to my old JVC surround sound receiver Works great just need to make sure to set LG output sound to proper setting

This audio cable was required for the ZVOX soundbar we bought for the TV. The techs that delivered/set-up our new TV were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were done within an hour. Everything works perfectly! Really pays to know what you're doing!

I had my previous iMac for about 7 years, but it was time to replace it. This new one has more power, storage, memory etc and was much cheaper than the one I am replacing! The only downside I see is that it doesn't have a DVD drive, so I had to purchase an external DVD Writer.
