When I tried to return it it was 2 weeks later and they I couldn't return it because it was past the time that was allowed to return item. Not a great return policy. He'll make me think twice about buying things from Best buy

It wouldn't lock into the port. I compared it to an older cable that did fit. The silver sleeve on the Rocketfish cable is too long and leaves the plug in 1/16" short.

We wound up returning 3 items on their bad advice, and as it turned out, the original purchase would have worked fine. They have no respect for customers, or for the store itself. They badmouth their management and the products they sell. They do not listen to the customer. They just flip on their cell phones and walk away. This was not just one person, but a total of 5 whom we dealt with on our multiple visits and returns. You would be better off not having technical support available than having the poor support that you now have.
