    Needed a new optical cable for my soundbar and this one is great! Much better than the original one I had, so a good upgrade at a good price. Had great help from the clerk in the store when I bought it, too—he answered all my questions.

    This is the best answer to improving sound production in our home theater system. Since we already had a home theater system with surround speakers, we didn't need to buy a sound bar for our new 4K TV. We just needed a good optical cable to access our existing sound system, which is better than the sound bar.

    Worked as expected. Was somewhat surprised that the optical data goes from the TV to my receiver for sound but can't really adjust sound with my TV remote. Might be the operator (me) though.

    I connected it to my speakers on my entertainment system and the sound is very good quality. The in wall cord is great since I also put it through the wall with no problems. I can finally watch movies and even play video games with my TV connected to additional speakers with no lagging on sound.
