    I think the Rocketfish items are a great value for the quality received, and we were not disappointed with this one. My daughters cat chewed the old Opitcal cable and we replaced it with another Rocketfish, otherwise I'm sure the old one would have lasted for years.....

    The optical cable is a well made cable that works for me. I use the cable to connect a sound bar to my smart tv. The build quality is great and performance is spot on. I would buy this cable again when needed.

    Better quality cables the one provided with my soundbar. I don't know about the sound quality of this vs what came with the soundbar, but the make and durability of this cable is significantly better. the one that came with my soundbar is slim and flimsy. This is thicker and clearly of better grade.

    Rocket Fish optical cable is pricier than other cables but what you will get is a way better picture and sound quality than cheaper optical cables.

    A cable is a cable is a cable. How much difference can there be? There is a difference.... mainly on the low cheap end of the product spectrum. Best Buy does a good job of selling quality cables so rest assured this cable is worth it's cost.
