It fits snug into the electrical outlet. The cords to the TV, WiFi are up off the ground. The three outlets on each side swivel. USB ports are a nice feature.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5, is because for me it blocked two outlet holes on the wall, so that I won't be able to use the other one. Good item otherwise.
