USB wouldn't even charge an iPhone

Perfect for Wall Mounts

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already own several similar Belkin units but this one has the power outlets on the side versus the front which allows the power cords to be attached parallel to the wall thereby taking less space between the wall and furniture. Another review said you couldn't use it with 2-prong plugs but that isn't the case. At first I had difficulty with two prong plugs too but I found the outlets are very tight to begin with. Once you insert and remove a plug several times it works fine. I do wish the six outlets would be a little farther apart. I couldn't make use of all the jacks.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted: Low profile for behind a night stand: check At least 4 outlets and 2.1amp USB output: check No whiny interference from cheap capacitors or whatever - which I get from cheap charging bricks and another combo outlet like this - haven't heard anything yet, check And a bonus I was unaware of: The outlet orientation on the sides is sideways too which helps with the wider wall warts. Only negative was it was just on sale for $5 less and I missed it.

Fantastic Product

Because the outlets are on the side and angled, vice on the front, it allows my TV to sit closer to the wall.
