I have owned this surge protector for about two months and have not had any problems yet. I use this as the primary surge protector for my home theater system and gaming console. It does not heat up and stays cool to the touch. It was easy to install and the instructions were simple and easy to read. So far no issues.

I purchased this surge protector because I needed the USB ports for charging some electronics. They work great! Problem solved. Execpt that the 6 three-prong plugs are so tight it almost impossible to plug anything into them. I'm keeping it because it is already the second one that I have purchased that had the same problem and I don't want to deal with another return.

This surge protector would have been of 5-star quality if it had a center screw to be able to mount it directly to the outlet for a snug fit.

Like the fact that the plugs are on the sides and not all in the front but don't like that it takes up both spaces in the actual wall outlet.

I like how it's low profile and doesn't have a long cord hanging around. Also I like the sub connections.

This device makes it perfect for sitting in the same area with someone Where there is only one outlet.

I like this plug-in flat profile surge protector. I have it behind bookshelves so needed it to be flat. We wanted higher joules rating and this one has it (2100 joules). The only thing we didn't like was the price (the shelf price tag read $19.99 and the actual price was about $40.) We kept it because we couldn't find a better one with the features we wanted.

Great to be used in limited space because it doesnt take a lot of space and can be used with 6 devices

Much cleaner appearance than typical electrical strip. Single plastic spike on the back I had to trim for flush fit on wall outlet.

I bought this guy to to place behind the couch for the sole purpose of having easy access to a 30 pin and lighting cables, and a pair of mac book chargers with out running cables across the living room. This was a no brainer given the value of the equipment that could be plugged in at any given time.

It works. Love the USB ports on the top. Size is just right.

This product works well for the price, for more money you can get a better protector but I needed one for a wall outlet.

The Good: Love the fact that the outlets are on the side and the two USB ports are a great help! I know, there is an "As Seen On TV" similar product, but this one is not as flimsy as the one advertised on TV. The Bad: You need two sockets to plug the device into. Not a big fan of that, otherwise, it's perfect for what I'm using it for.
