I don't like that the outlets will not stay in the side facing positions. They pull themselves back in. The advertising makes it look like they will stay in either position, but sadly that's not the case. Otherwise, it works great and looks good.

The USB charge ports are convenient and so is the swivel feature but needs some refinement so it can lock at 90 degrees. A very good purchase for the money and so far seems to be up to the task.
