    Works great for Dolby Digital only if ur looking for dts or more ur gonna want hdmi arc or earc setup. Note. Be very careful pushing it in make sure its in properly than push straaaight and hard till it clicks but nit too hard

    I have Bose and Sony soundbars for my TVs in the living room and bedroom. Each soundbar came with cheap thin optical cables. I wanted to upgrade and the Rocketfish was the logical choice. All my 4K HDMI cables are Rocketfish and have provided great performance at a great value. If you need an Optical Audio cable this is a no-brainer.

    I was having issues with my sound bar disconnecting several times while watching tv. This product was suggested to me by one of the bestbuy employees to fix the issue and it worked great. You do have to turn the tv speakers off because they will continue to play along with the sound bar.

    The optical cable itself works but I have purchased audioquest in the past and this cable does not fit well in the back of my tv as well as the audioquest. I purchased this in place of the audioquest simply because it was less and I needed a longer cable after purchasing a new tv. As mentioned the cable serves its purpose and does send a signal regardless of the fit.
