    This cable works well as designed. I have purchased other brands of optical in the past and they didn’t stay plugged in well with any weight or cable hang to them. This one stay put well.

    I bought this because my old bose 123 home system was not compatible with my new Flat Screen. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the sound quality seems not the greatest. I could be wrong, it may for some other reason.

    Hdmi would've worked the best with the new system we have, but these worked great as well. Got a new sound bar and sub and no extra hdmi outputs, but this worked just as well.

    I ran into an issue with my TV only having two HDMI ports and having three devices that need them. I was able to solve that issue with this cable, and the sound is still perfect.
