    Works as advertised. There were no directions in the package to let me know the plastic caps had to removed before installing. Took it back and Best Buy showed me the caps to remove. Said they have a lot of these returned because there are no directions.

    My first LG soundbar cut out randomly. I spent several sessions with LG the support and they were unable to solve the problem. I returned the soundbar to Best Buy and they gave me another unit. Same problem. We have a Samsung smart TV so my best guess is an incompatibility with the TV. Other than the “cutting out” problem, the sound quality is very good.
