We wound up returning 3 items on their bad advice, and as it turned out, the original purchase would have worked fine. They have no respect for customers, or for the store itself. They badmouth their management and the products they sell. They do not listen to the customer. They just flip on their cell phones and walk away. This was not just one person, but a total of 5 whom we dealt with on our multiple visits and returns. You would be better off not having technical support available than having the poor support that you now have.

Would recommend buying a lower price item. Side note: paid full price. when box arrived the product had the open box sticker on it. I did not approve or select open box when making the purchase.
