I purchased two of them and had the same experience both times. I hooked them up and both times the audio cut in and out. I tugged on both cords and they were both snapped into place but still the signal was in and out.

Very poor service and no knowledge of audio

He sold me something that I told him was not right but he “knew better “. You should hire people who actually know audio/video/spund!
