    Was able to use my speakers from my sony bravia on top of my volume from my a7000 soundbar. Sound is powerful and clear

    Small purchase but the quality does make a difference. I typically buy only Rocketfish cords for my TV's where I use Fire Sticks for video and I need an Optical cord for sound instead of HDMI. These cords always work perfect.

    Used it to connect Sony tv to receiver. Didn't want to use the Yamaha receiver as a switcher, just as an amp for external speakers. Audio only with this optical cable works fine

    This is a no-frills Rocketfish 8' optical cable. I don't know what else to write without embellishing it. No complaints. I've never had issues with Rocketfish, Dynex, or whatever branding is utilized by Best Buy. Would recommend.

    I have a Samsung Soundbar and was using Bluetooth until I purchased a new TV that is all WIFI based. Rather than purchasing a new soundbar, I bought this cable to make the direct connection and the sound quality is as good or better than before.

    This is a good intermediate length that will accommodate most HDTV/Sound bar setups. This was an impulse purchase when offered on sale and one cannot go wrong with Rockfish (TM). Would recommend to friend only if offered again on sale, however.
