Get this, and depending on how good your sound system is, you'll have full frequency response, from high high's to low low's that could literally shake your home.

So their is a noticeable drop in volume compared to if you play the cd or radio. But I've had worse adaptors for bluetooth off ebay for a bit less that i regretted buying. This i didn't regret buying.

Plug and play experience, just like I expect from any modern Bluetooth equipment. Was able to turn my old-school amp/receiver into my new wireless patio sound system. Recommended.

It converts my phone audio into XLR outputs for my powered speakers (i have a splitter then RCA to XLR adapters). It does its job "most" of the time, but if you bump the cord, sometimes it loses signal altogether. The range on it sucks, I can't get more than 15 ft away from it MAX. Typically have to stay within 10 ft. If you keep if in a stationary position and stay close, it's fine. It's one step above just buying a longer cord. Very easy to use. Hard to switch to other sources if another previously paired source is nearby

We had just gotten some decent non-Bluetooth speakers and this was exactly what was needed. We can link other devises to it, as well, so all around a good purchase

My iPhone connects to it quickly and I am listening to music. The only downside is that I have to remember to turn it off before I leave my office. Otherwise the phone plays all my media in my office and I end up having to go back downstairs, etc. Limited range due to Bluetooth, but I get along fine.

However pair this device with a outboard DAC that is part of a good sound system and you will be able to hear quality sound.
