One time the store was crowded and you had to wait in the long lie I became a little frustrated with how the line was moving and one of the managers said don’t worry took me to another station to pay for my product went on way so I was very pleased with that.

Long and durable cable but micro usb bent

My dad was using it for charging his phone and the cable probably had a lot of movement (e.g. he was using the phone as it was charging) which may have contributed to the damage. I would think that it should be more durable for the purpose of using a controller, at the same time it's better for the connector to be damaged than the port within the device.
