Samsung dex in the phone settings allows you use you phone as a mouse. You can navigate on screen to watch anything you want. It's going to take some getting used to if you've never experienced connecting devices. However, it's easy peasy and not complicated. My monitor does not have speakers. So the sound came from the speakers in my phone playing CALL OF DUTY MOBILE.
