Pull-out feature, turn left & right feature, and tilt up & down feature. Pull-out and left/right turn features work great and as expected. The tilt up/down feature doesn't work at all. The TV unit falls down and does not stay in any tilt-up position. Despite tightening the adjustment screw to the point that it would not tighten any more, the TV still fell all the way in the downward tilt, facing the ground. The only way I can achieve an upward tilt or straight-on view with this product is to place a pencil in the tilt mechanism to keep it from tilting all the way down. Disappointing considering this product was almost $100.
