Panning up or down?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good product, but correct me if I'm wrong but it really isn't "full motion". It pans left and right, swivels left and right, tilts up and down, but it doesn't pan up or down. If you wish to pan up or down it seems you must reinstall the wall mount and move it down, slightly disappointing since I installed this a bit too high and must now resort to reinstalling it. Still happy nonetheless.

Great TV/Monitor Wall Mount!

They could have easily sent screws that needed only a regular phillips head. But for whatever reason they felt the need to require you to use 2 types of equipment.

Horrible design flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The metal screw used to tighten the ‘Tilt’ of this mount is held in place with a plastic sleeve (check it out before you buy it!!). I bought and returned 2 of these wall mounts because the screw would strip out the plastic part when I tried to tighten the adjuster knob. I was mounting a 37” JVC TV that was 24lbs….so the TV I was using should have been supported just fine based on the instructions. Zero stars would have been given if possible.
