Sturdy and heavy duty but cumbersome for me to handle alone. Motion of movement is loose and the connection betweentv mount znd the wall mount seems a bit tenuous and not as secure as I would like

The geek squad that came out and installed it wonderful helpful and professional. The reason for the two stars is I told my sales guy I needed it to have the ability for a very sharp turn to enable me to see the television screen from my kitchen. I gave him the measurements I needed for the Mount to fill my need to see the tv while I’m in the kitchen and the Mount isn’t adequate to meet that need and request and I provided the exact measure he needed. I even ask him a second time “are you sure the arms on this Mount will pull out far enough for me to see in the kitchen and he said yes. I’m not happy with the Mount and I need to call the manager about it I just haven’t had time due to illness

I bought this from Bestbuy online as an open box item, but it was listed in excellent condition. I’ve always had great service from BB and no issues buying used items from them either. I was mounting a 75’ tv on it and I was down to the final steps on instruction page 20, when I discovered two of the screws were missing. Part #13 - Wall Plate Screw 2x, which are essential for the security of the tv to be on the mount and one of the final steps of installation. Already having it 90% installed and the bracket on the back of my new tv, I didn’t want to return it for a refund / exchange, so I called Rockfish customer service. What a waste of time that was. The CS agent said they didn’t keep a spare parts inventory for the rare occasion like this, or any kind of warranty claim issues and there was nothing they could do for me. Wow! I’m at a loss for words now and just up the creek I guess?

While it promises full motion, I find that it's not nearly as user friendly as my Sanus Full Motion Wall Mount. Due to the two arms that attach to the back plates they end up swiveling to either one side or another if you want your TV as close to the wall as possible (I do because of where my TV is relative to my favorite viewing angle (my bed). As a result of getting it to be in the middle of the wall there's a distinct lean and find it obnoxious as a result. T
