This item was exactly what I was looking for. Now I can access the connection on the back of my TV without worrying about it falling off the wall. I can position it at any angle for maxium viewing area.

I bought this mount to use with a 55 inch TV, which I also bought from Best Buy. When that TV suddenly had a defect (a line appeared on it), Best Buy swapped it out, no problem. I removed the old TV and went to put the new TV on the mount - that is when the release latch broke. I called Rocketfish (a Best Buy company) and they told me BEFORE I EVEN TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED that most likely this wouldn't be covered under warranty. This product has a LIFETIME PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY. Without even knowing what happened they told me that it wouldn't be covered under their warranty. I then told them what happened and they told me that because the parts weren't immediately broken when I opened the box they couldn't be considered "defective." When I told them that defective parts can be discovered through ordinary use, they said "that shouldn't happen" so that is why it wasn't covered. When I told them that warranties exist for the circumstances that "shouldn't happen," they told me that they had already marked it as improper use by me and not covered, and that the best I could do is to go to the manager of the store and ask them to help me "but that probably won't work." The mount is solid, but G*d help you if any part needs replacing. They wouldn't even consider sending out the one small replacement part that was needed. Customer service is TERRIBLE. BTW, the item I purchased is still within the return window (I could mark it as defective), but that would require me uninstalling the entire thing from my wall (I had to get my wall reinforced for this mount) and bringing it back to the store. When I told the customer service rep this and asked if they could just send out the replacement for the part that was defective, explaining that it would be cheaper for them, cheaper for me, and that everyone would win, he said that he had already marked it as not covered and there was nothing he could do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I don't care how great Rocketfish mounts or any other of their products might be, I'm not buying them again simply because of their TERRIBLE customer service.

Need for 75" TV, to allow full control for adjusting the viewing abilty. Easy to install.

Good quality it fits the 70in tv I have and is able to move around. Little pricy but happy with it

I love my TV wall mount. My husband had itvattached to the wall 8n no time. Its sturdy and secures my 65" TV perfectly.

This is a good solid mount. Always good to feel comfortable when attaching a very expensive TV to the wall! Only negative about the mount is that it did not come with the appropriate hardware (screws) to fit in the back of the Samsung Q60 65" TV. Samsung is a top brand and I assume very common across the board in terms of the type of hardware needed. So to have to go out to get the proper screws was just annoying. Otherwise, am pleased with the product.

Great to install and easy set up was able to get this installed in aprox. 25 minutes

Great buy. When we add anything new the tv just comes away from fireplace and you walk behind the tv. Love it.

This was a Great buy. Found a great deal at Best Buy. This holds up our 65” Samsung TV with ease. Easy to mount and very strong. Thanks Best Buy!

Does not feel incredibly sturdy, having followed instructions exactly, but is sleek and ergonomic.

The issue I have with the product is I bought it over the tax free weekend and had it shipped. The store shipped it in the product packaging without additional protective packaging. The just put the shipping label on the product packaging and shipped it. It is very heavy and I was amazed the carton stayed together. Not a respectful way to ship merchandise.

This wall mount actually can be moved in all directions. So far, so good. Once you have it set, pretty much only little tweaks depending where you want to sit in the room to watch the 65" TV. We had the Geek Squad to install this mount and would highly recommend the Geek Squad.

We just moved into a new home. The previous owners left their old mount on the wall for us. Initially, didn't think it would work, therefore I purchased this just in case. Ends up the Geek Squad installer made the old mount work saving us a lot of money. Kudos to Geek Squad. Also, I turned this in without any hastle to the store. Best Buy ends up being a loyal companion during the toughest of times - moving.

The TV mount instructions were excellent and the layout pattern for placing it on the wall was extremely helpful. It glides nicely when you need to move it and on the brace there is a conduit for your power cord and wires so they do not get caught in the movement.

This tv wall mount is excellent very happy with it. Fully adjustable can be pulled away from wall easily, tilt feature and angle feature are awesome. Great Wall TV mount. I highly recommend it if you are planning to hang your Television.

DIDNT HAVE ANY MAJOR ISSUES WHEN I PURCHASED THE ITEM, BUT THE PACKAGING WAS DAMANAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT.

This is a solid rock center piece that embellishes any family room

This mount is very good quality I like that I can get behind the TV to add all the cords and cord management. This is very easy to moderate install. The ability to put it flush with the wall or pull out and swivel is a plus would recommend for a big 65' TV.
