I bought this mount to use with a 55 inch TV, which I also bought from Best Buy. When that TV suddenly had a defect (a line appeared on it), Best Buy swapped it out, no problem. I removed the old TV and went to put the new TV on the mount - that is when the release latch broke. I called Rocketfish (a Best Buy company) and they told me BEFORE I EVEN TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED that most likely this wouldn't be covered under warranty. This product has a LIFETIME PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY. Without even knowing what happened they told me that it wouldn't be covered under their warranty. I then told them what happened and they told me that because the parts weren't immediately broken when I opened the box they couldn't be considered "defective." When I told them that defective parts can be discovered through ordinary use, they said "that shouldn't happen" so that is why it wasn't covered. When I told them that warranties exist for the circumstances that "shouldn't happen," they told me that they had already marked it as improper use by me and not covered, and that the best I could do is to go to the manager of the store and ask them to help me "but that probably won't work." The mount is solid, but G*d help you if any part needs replacing. They wouldn't even consider sending out the one small replacement part that was needed. Customer service is TERRIBLE. BTW, the item I purchased is still within the return window (I could mark it as defective), but that would require me uninstalling the entire thing from my wall (I had to get my wall reinforced for this mount) and bringing it back to the store. When I told the customer service rep this and asked if they could just send out the replacement for the part that was defective, explaining that it would be cheaper for them, cheaper for me, and that everyone would win, he said that he had already marked it as not covered and there was nothing he could do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I don't care how great Rocketfish mounts or any other of their products might be, I'm not buying them again simply because of their TERRIBLE customer service.

easy and hold up well with my 75 inch TV. came with everything i needed to use and extra.

I'm not the most "handy" as far as drilling holes and such but was able to mount this on a brick wall with little difficulty. I like also how rocketfish is typically more inexpensive and quality is just as good as name brand stuff

Best way to hang a tv on the wall. I live how you can swivel the tv around to help see it from any angle

I don't know how much you can say about a wall mount. This one isn't fancy but it gets the job done.

Couldnt asked for a better mount. Did my research and this was in the top 3. super easy to install. Gives you a variety of bolts and screws for all types of televisions. The best part is the template it comes with to aid and speed up the installation process!

Assembly was simple. The problem I have is my Outdoor television weighs 94lbs and this wall mount does not seem to be sturdy enough to handle the weight. Especially with a little wind or other elements. If you have a light weight TV, it would be great.

We really wanted a TV wall mount where we could move the TV around for viewing from different angles of the room. We got exactly that with this wall mount. It is holding up our 65" TV with ease. We love being able to move our TV around for a better view.

We purchased this in June and we are so impressed and happy the way it works we purchased anoher on for other television. Great product

These things have come a long way. Worked perfect for a 60" TV I moved from the living room to an office corner. Four bolts to mount to the wall and a few more to attach to the TV and boom...hung and done. The leveling screw ensured a perfectly straight mount.

The guys that came to install and mount my televisions were amazing . They were friendly, funny and professional. I will be contacting them again. I talk about them to other people about the wonderful job they did and how friendly they were. Thanks!!

Great buy. When we add anything new the tv just comes away from fireplace and you walk behind the tv. Love it.

Very sturdy wall mount is is very versatile. Paid less than my sanus wall mount a few years ago and its just as good. Would buy again. Very happy with the purchase.

Great looking mount, very sturdy and easy to assembly. I used it to mount a 75” tv, I was initially concerned whether it could adequately support the weight, all doubt was cleared as soon as I got it on the wall. 10/10 would buy again

Easy to install, solid, good product. Only thing that I wish it has is a post-installation adjustment option for leveling the TV.

I got this particular TV wall mount because of its diverse motion capabilities. I feel that it is secure for my sized TV and I did not require it to be professionally mounted.

Very nice, cannot see as it sits close to the wall. I like the fact the the tv does not need a stand, great product
