    It was open box and it was weakened metal like it bended because the tv was too heavy and then returned.

    This has the most and best positioning adjustments of any flat-screen TV mount I've ever seen. The only caution I have to give is to make sure your cables are long enough for its maximum angles.

    Very sturdy. Only complaint would be the slight bit of play when hanging the TV to the mounted bracket making exact leveling a touch difficult. Also a bit pricey comparatively

    The brackets don't move vertically but go all other directions and you can pull the TV farther out from the wall while using it. It is very stable and exactly what we needed.

    once this wall mount is in place, it is definitely sturdy. I don't move it much but it very nice to have the option to move the tv around to see it at different angels of the room.
