I installed a 65 inch TV using this mount and it allowed no adjustments in height. Had to totally cut stone out of wall and remount TV higher. Even called product support which had a very hard time understanding issue. Will not buy again.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not sure how to rate this, but when the Geek Squad guys showed up (BTW they were awesome!) they suggested that this wasn't the best mount for our new 75" TV application (masonry wall with limited need for TV adjustment) so they advised us to purchase a different mount. Returned this one without opening the box, so can't really comment on how it would have worked, but the Geek Squad guys weren't jazzed on it.

However, this one not strong, not sturdy, not reliable for over 55" OLED from LG. I had spent over four hours to got the right screw and modified where the vertical bracket with two horizontal brackets attaching to TV- very unsafe if moving in and out of the arms, you must modified the two tiny-short silver screws on this vertical bracket- not the wall mount unit. Very scary after first installed completed. Then I read somewhere on the website indicating that the two tiny silver screws backed out, the TV was on the floor.

We used several extra anchors to secure. It sadly didn’t support the TV which has now crashed off the wall and damaged the wall, the cabinet below, the tile floor and total loss of the tv. This was a 65 inch tv so didn’t exceed the size limit. Do not use if it does not match your studs

I have a stud and outlets dead center on the walll and this center mechanism doesn’t have sufficient clearance behind it, or have enough overall width to reach adjacent studs for mounting
