Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give negative stars if I could. went through the entire installation. bracket is on the wall and tv is secured to the bracket. the very last step is to screw in the "locking screw" that holds the unit straight/level after all adjustments are made. Unfortunately the locking screw that was sealed in the hardware blister pack is significantly larger than the hole it is supposed to go in to. Either they packaged the wrong size screw or the portion of the mount it screws into has a manufacturing defect. Rocketfish will not help me because it is a best buy exclusive item. Best buy will not help me because it is past their 15 day return policy. They will not help me under warranty either.

So hopefully someone reads this before they purchase and pays attention to where your studs are and if the holes are far enough apart to reach them. They said chose one with more holes so you have more wiggle room to slide left and right.
