    While assembling the mount to the back of the television there was a decently annoying occurance with attempting to tighten the screws. Three out of the four were unthreaded. It still worked out having some washers laying around to secure it but without them we wouldn't have gotten through to mounting on the wall.

    Took us so long to install this thing. There were parts missing and some things were warped. Bought two and had to use some of its parts in order to complete the other. I hear it cracking as well like my TV is going to fall off the wall eventually
