Unstable Arm Design

What a monster mistake. This has (at last count) 3 micro-adjustments to get it level. However, the arm design makes this unit unstable. You go through the headache of adjusting everything and locking it down, but then you push your TV back against the wall, and it isn't level again. After about 5 times, I just gave up. Plan in advance and order another brand online. I own 3 VideoSecu units. They are 1/3 the price of this unit and much more stable.

I am inclined to pay more fore great quality products. This product was a lower cost which is reflected in it’s durability. I expect it to fail in a few years. Reason I bout this is due to a shortage of alternatives due to COVID effecting supply... supposedly

Tilt adjuster twisted off upon tightening which was necessary as tv continued to tilt down fully. I was able to manually tighten without the plastic knob but still concerned it will loosen and possibly fall and tv could flip off.
