||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered a mount over the Best Buy phone line and gave them what size the TV was, high and how long it was, the measurement of the insert it was going in and that it was sitting on top of a fireplace. They sent me a mount that the installer was going to install and he said it was the wrong one. He went to the Best Buy store and got us a new one. He put the new on and it sits about 6-8 inches in front of the insert, sits half way below the sound bar and won't go up or down nor in or out.

So far my 65 inch TV is not tilted or shaky. It's not worth the price though. I only bought it so the BestBuy/GeekSquad installers wouldn't get testy about hanging my new TV. I don't know if the installers would have had a problem with a mount from another supplier, but if I had it to do over I would have looked at another supplier for it.

My mount was level but the TV wasn't. Bestbuy was great at taking the defective product back. I used it on a 60 inch TV. I hate to see how this would be with a bigger TV.

The left side of the TV would drop down causing the TV to hang crooked. Returned mount and replaced with a flush mount.

It was extremely complicated to put together. The directions could have been more helpful. I had too many pieces and it was not functional. I have bought cheaper TV Mounts that had better utility and it was easier to hang up.
