I had to drive all of the way back to the store. Even though this is a Best Buy brand, the sales person was not able to refund a portion of the purchase price if I exchanged. So, I ended up just getting a refund and purchasing another mount elsewhere.

Learned my lesson, my previous extendable mount costs about $120 more than the Rocket Fish model. It’s flimsy in comparison, machining is poor and it requires more installation time. Step up and spend the extra for a quality mount.

No where on the box did it state it's limitations,

Had the Best Buy team install it and they said there was nothing that could be done about it. I thought it was acceptable the day of the install, but it just drives me mad now. Stay away.

I bought the same thing just different brand at Walmart for 80 bucks , don't buy unless you can just afford to blow your money!
