This is the mount recommended by the sales floor rep, I paid $200 plus tax and had best buy install. Rented the home. A year later its sagging an inch or two on the right side. Total trash. Total tech protection does not cover a failed mount. Into the landfill you go.

My biggest issue is the size of the bracket. Most wall mounts are able to be placed on any size distant between studs but because of the small frame it can only be used on the smallest of stud distances which I do not hand over my fire mantel. I ended up going with the Sanus which ended up being cheaper, much more versatile, and also extended.

Unfortunately it had to be returned because the framed walls were not built to the specifications for this mount.

The control screws behind don’t work as intended. Not very happy with the product considering the amount of effort it takes to put the TV up.

Very frustrating. It does hold the huge tv well/ Easy to move around. The tilt though. Makes me want to scream.

Purchase didn’t go as planned!

I bought it because I wanted this in my girls room and I “wanted the best” and when the delivery day came the Geek Squad (which I must say saved the day and they are AWESOME) told me that the wall mount was not meant for the wall the girls room had!! Loss of money, time!! I was very upset that I had to take the time to return the item plus the girls wouldn’t have the mount they wanted and the money I had invested not only for the mount but for the Geek Quad coming out (which is not cheap!)

However, the Geek Squad said they could not install on my wall when they arrived. They claimed the studs were too far apart.

I then scheduled a geek squad to install them . the first available appointment was today, only to be told they were the wrong mounts. I then purchased the correct mounts suggested by the technician and he installed them. Now I was going to return the wrong mounts only to find that the return time was over. I'm stuck with two unusable mounts and out a lot of money. The policy should after the geeks have ben out.It is not my fault that the geeks were so busy that they couldn't schedule me until later than the return policy expires!

Won't stay level. Won't stay true

The left to right is off, so the left side of the TV is significantly lower than the right side, resulting in a noticeable (and incredibly annoying) tilt to the TV. I hate it. I wish I could return the mount, but I can't. Had I known this would be the result, I never would have purchased it.

Way to much money

Terrible Customer Service

Unless you prefer to tilt your TV all the way down, the tilt mechanism does not hold 65-inch TV. The lock piece snapped off and overall frame is not straight. Best Buy customer service the absolute worst to resolve concerns. After wasting an hour with a few customer service reps, the last rep said I should contact the manufacturer for replacement.
