Doesn't provide the view that was advertised. The cost is ridiculous for it not to function as it was designed to. Bad investment. Buy another brand.

I had previously purchased a mount and this required the tech to come back a second time to reinstall a different mount since the first one was not the correct one. And this cost me more this is the reason I give it one star I ended up paying more for it.-

Using a 65” tv that was professionally hung. Even the tech who hung it stated it does not move smoothly. Extremely disappointed in quality and misled by Best Buy sale person. Do NOT BUY.

My only options were to reverse the installation, box it up and return it to Best Buy (with holes in my wall), or go to the hardware store and buy the proper sized bolts.

The Best Buy installers said it would not fit the space where our studs in the wall are located. The house is three years old so we assumed the stud placement was a code requirement. Now the TV is setting on the floor!

Low quality hardware for attaching the brackets to the TV. I’ve stripped out two screws using a screwdriver so for what I paid for this product I could have bought a higher quality one and had someone install it. What a joke!! It worth the price

The Geek Squad said that this was the wrong arm to use, but is the arm that is the store brand -- he said another one should have been ordered. So working to have it replaced.

The tv tilted down on its own. The squad said there afraid they might strip the screw that holds the tv tilt. They left me the tool to tighten it myself, basically you stripped - it your problem

However it was not appropriate for mounting on our wall so we had to call GEEK squad to install the television with the appropriate bracket system. Not all walls are built the same.
