Easy to put together and made it easy to hang a huge TV. If you are going very high on wall, you need 3 people for heavy TV. It really does move lots of directions and handles the weight great

But it was really easy and the directions were clear. It is a two person job, but I'm definitely buying another one for my next home.

The Geek Squad installed without any problems. Put the lag screws into the studs so it won't go anywhere. Very happy with it and the job they did.

It was a snap. You will need some help putting the tv on it.

There is a mounting template included, if needed. We used it to hold a Samsung 65" and it's perfect. Adjusting the tv is smooth and easy.
