However we were unable to use it because the TV we bought fit perfectly standing up it had legs. So we returned this item without any problems. Customer Service was Great!!!!!

I just wish it had an up and down feature that could be adjusted automatically. You have to make sure you like the height of the tv and where you bolted the bracket. The bracket is adjustable and it is height adjustable, just not as convenient for on the fly adjustment. Other than that its built well, looks nice, and tv smoothly moves.

Unlike some cheap full motion mounts I've had before, this one has a wide mounting bracket so it'll be able to be centered anywhere I want on my wall. (instead of it needing to be centered where my studs are) It's also super easy to pull in and out from the wall and pulls out 23" inches from the wall. I couldn't be happier!
