It took a few tries to get this attached securely to the television. Attaching to the wall went well and took about an hour without drilling any extra holes. Finding the centers of the wall studs was the biggest challenge.

We needed a full-motion TV mount when we moved in after a long-distance move. The crew from Best Buy installed this and some other gear for us - very professional and courteous. Since then, we enjoy smooth, stable function from the TV mount for our frequent movie nights. Thank you Best Buy!
