I brought this adapter so i would be able to connect my phone to my smart TV to watch videos. I was able to connect my Samsung Nexus fine with no issues. My issue with the device is that I have to connect the charger cord to the adapter, then adapter to the phone. Another who owns a smart phone knows when streaming video it's best to have your phone connected to the charger, but wasn't possible with this adapter. I wasn't able to charge my phone at the same time, so I would have to stop watching my videos to charge my phone to finish viewing. Just not convenient, i ended up just transferring the videos to my laptop and connected through HDMI cable to watch videos.

Worth the price drive to the local BESTBUY it's the early to go if this is the devise your looking for

At first i was gonna go with the samsung brand but saw this one for about half the price so i decided to take a chance! Worked great on my television...

Cable doesnt work for most phones. Made the mistake of not knowing lg volt phones dont work with this. Its also disconnects a lot unless the phone is kept at a certain angle.

Great device for the price. I bought this to watch Tv on my big screen from my phone and it works great! The Tv mirrors everything on my phone.

This took me a bit to get used to. Hooked it up to my tv and was able to watch videos from my recent trip to yellowstone on it in high def.. that was actually quite cool! Good product!

The product seemed well built. But my phone/tablet was not compatible with this device. My phone/tablet was not MHL enabled, go figure.Tried everything but it just would not work and had to return to Best Buy.

Used this to watch videos taken on my phone with the family. It was so good, we use it at formal parties now. People look for the laptop!

I bought it for mi galaxy s6 edge+ but guess what? it does not support that phone... so, I can't screen mirror my phone

Bought this so I can stream from my phone to the tv. Very easy to install and you can charge your phone while watching tv. Great product.

works well cuts out from time to time though. but ive had a few different ones and this one works best

Used this to connect mt Galaxy pro to the TV which did not have wifi, used the Samsung mouse to control the screen. Together it was best.

Connected my Samsung S4 android phone to a 55" Sony television through an HDMI input and it worked perfectly. This came with a special adapter to use with the Samsung phone.

I was looking for something like that. Its great. now i can use my cell phone on TV easily

It works good! Shows nice pictures and videos on tv. When you use the adapter your phone must be fully charged. The HDMI pulls a lot of power from the phone and the adapter can't keep up with charging it.

excellent for hooking smart phone to TV was able to hook up easily and worked like a charm with out having to get additional wires

Can't get some apps on my computer that I can get on my phone. Love hooking my phone up and watching free movies on the flat screen.

This product did not work with my Note 2, Note 4, or Galaxy S5. Tried using the adapters, which didn't help. It connects as a charger to the phone, but will not connect to use with the HDMI cable.

My husband and I purchased this item a few weeks ago. It's really easy to use but the connection is very unstable. For the price it's okay but the constant connection loss is annoying.
