I bought this to watch TV shows off my phone in a hotel. Works great. Easy to use. Price is more than it should be for how simple this is made.

I guest it is my fault for not reading the fine print. This adapter works only with MHL enable devices, and the Kindle Fire XD is NOT one of them. So before you buy, make sure your device is compatible.

Make sure you hook up the extra adapter that comes with it if you a galaxy s4. The plug will fit in your phone making me think that everything was hooked up right, but wouldn't work. Plugged the adapter in and it worked great.

Got this product to watch basketball games that arent on tv but now they can. The only bad thing is it only works on mhl compatiable devices like my cell phone samsung galaxy s5

Maybe not an issue with this adapter, but the it doesn't work with the Samsung Galaxy S3. I'll get an intermittent snowy screen. I've read it might be an issue with the phone, not the adapter. Sounds like it's happening with all the MHL adapters for the Galaxy S3.

The rocket fish was not what I expected, especially coming from best buy. 1st, it did not work with my Samsung Galaxy s6 or the Note s4. 2nd, it did work with my mom's s4 but with a glitch so whatever we wanted to watch we couldn't see it well.

this product does what it is supposed to but is not able to charge my phone fast enough to keep up with playing video. even when plugged in, it runs the battery down to nothing.

Bought this to run THX calibration from my phone. Worked well and supports all the apps on my phone for larger displays.

Had to go back for some help, the important note to remember is that you must use the HDMI first port otherwise will not work and no signal will be transferred to TV screen that was the only hiccup in the process.

I thought this was the correct product but turned out not to be what I needed. All brand new samsung galaxy phones only except samsung prodict to pair with there new product. Which is bogus because samsung products are more expensive then rocketfish brand products. Down fall on samsung part! Great customer service in the best buy modesto, ca. Always a pleasure coming to this location. Customer service is key in retail & being someone who works in retail alll day long, I expect the same in return just as how I give it. Great overall shopping experience everytime I comw to the store to get what I need.

Didnt work for me at all. You may have to meet certain requirements for it to work but i tried using two different androids a tablet and a laptop and was unsuccessful

I had a meeting and needed a way to project the content on my phone and had no way of doing it. I went to bestBuy and they saved the day. This works seemless on a Samsung phone to an Insignia TV.

It was fine up until the 2 week it started getting glitchy

Best buy employee told me it wouldn't work with my galaxy note 4, but I decided to give it a try anyway. It works perfectly. I am very happy with this product. Had no problems at all.

This adapter is a very cost effective & reliable way to view Netflix movies and anything else from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone,on my flat screen TV. The only reason that I took away a star is that I had some trouble figuring out how to hook up the device, my TV and the smartphone -- but that might be related to my technical incompetence rather than inadequate instruction.

This was a pretty good cord, my only gripe is that you have to connect charger cord to the adapter, but my phone was not charging at the same time, so I have to stop watching my show, and then charge my phone to finish viewing.

The product packaging suggested I scan the attached QR code to see if my phone was compatible. The information provided said my Samsung Galaxy S3 was MHL enabled, so I bought the Rocketfish adapter. Unfortunately, it would not output video to my tv. I called Rocketfish support before returning the device. They told me Samsung phones are not compatible and that the information provided by the QR code was a "beautiful lie". He recommended a wireless model that would work with Samsung at twice the price. With Samsung being among the most popular phones out there, I feel Rocketfish should have identified the incompatibility on their package.

The product is good, but sometimes doesn't connect properly, so you have to restart it a few times. ..
