A must have if you own a galaxy tab or smart phone

Does not come with a wall charger or HDMI cable which is essential for use, so plan on spending more than just the price of the device, directions are unclear for someone who may not be tech savvy. Biggest quam is the device is fragile and easily breakable

Needed to connect my tablet to an HDTV

I am able to view HD content from my tablet on my large screen HDTV using the adapter and an HD extension cable with no loss of video definition or sound quality.

It did not want to connect even after trying several hdm I cords. It wasn't until a purchased the one by the manufacturer (samsung) that it connected with no problems. Yes, you save a few bucks going with the alternate but you also get what you pay for...

Only useful if you don't need the adapter tip
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased this for use with a Pioneer AppRadio, but found that the adapter tip, which is needed for Galaxy S3 phones does not fit very securely and the connection to the stereo was being lost constantly and the apps would lock up. If you don't need to use the adapter tip, such as with other Android phones, then this may be a useful purchase.
