Set up was a bit challanging for windows 8, however once over the hurdle, the set up went well. The signal picked up all my bluetooth accessible items.

The only option to add bluetooth at the time @ BB. Listed as compatible with win 7 so I decided to try with my win 8 laptop. Had to go to Broadcom web site and download new drivers and install/uninstall 4 times before it finally worked. So it can be done but takes patience. The size should be more like a mouse dongle so it wouldn't stick out so much. All in all it works with win8 but only with a lot of work. May be much easier with win 7 and before though.

I had some trouble setting up this adapter to connect to my devices, one device I still can't get to connect.

Just plug in and drivers are found. It is up and working. Connected with all my Bluetooth equipment.

I purchased a Plantronics Bluetooth headset to use with a PC-based VoIP application, but the audio quality was terrible. After figuring out it was an issue with the built-in Bluetooth adapter in my Thinkpad, I picked up this adapter to try out. Installation was as simple as plugging it in to the laptop and waiting for Windows 7 to configure it. Within 5 minutes I was up and running with my headset, and my call quality is so much better.

Bought this for my 2013 27" iMac running boot camp to connect my ps3 controller wirelessly to play Steam games. Finally broke down and bought this after bricking my Bluetooth mouse and keyboard after editing the driver files. Low profile and doesn't interfere with my other OS.

Needed it for my Canon Selphy printer and Android phone. Although at first I didn't realize it needed to have drivers installed in order to work properly. As the printer is solo and doesn't need a computer to work, just an SD card or camera plugged directly into it. So the adapter wouldn't work with the printer. However, I use it at work to transfer files from my phone or tablet to my computer and that works OK.

For a low cost Micro Bluetooth USB Adaptor, it really works! Very pleased with the product!

this is a great bluetooth adapter, it is small in size and doesn't block other nearby ports.

its a perfect size and does excatly what its suppose to do. Connect to any bluetooth device

Use this device for streaming music to a BT speaker and it works very well. Good product.

Good product and the Geek Squad was awesome in getting our issues with the privious device solved and the new device works great.
