Was trying to surprise him and it failed it took us over 5 hours to get the devise to connect and update correctly on our computer. It still has issues and has had to be reinstalled several times to fix. Will be purchasing a new one of better quality in the near future.

No Windows 8

When I got it home read up before trying to install and found out that it is not compatible with windows 8 which is the computer I just bought. So took it back and had to buy one from amazon.

Not very compatible with Windows 8

It worked the best with Windows 7. With Vista, the drivers never worked properly. I then used Windows 8, and after updating Windows and the driver from the internet, it seems to work now. On Windows 7, the product was plug and play. Worked very well in that case.
