I have a Bluetooth speaker that I can't get to pair. I've tried everything including talking to the Geek people. I also talked to a computer friend that told me that on the most part, it doesn't work on large computers.

Works great to stream music from Apple products to sound bars, speakers, computers, etc. No functionality for advanced BT features with Windows 7 and Apple products.

I bought this for my 11 year old, autistic son's birthday. He was able to set it up with no trouble at all. He has connected the PS3 controller so that he can play a Nintendo 64 emulator on his laptop.

Wife uses this at work with her bluetooth headphones. Loves not having to use data plan for streaming music. Only downside Is the range is less than when she has headphones connected to phone.

When in Linux, I sometimes have trouble connecting my mouse, but in Windows 8 it works well. The biggest complaint I have is that the USB connector sticks out much further than it should.

This isn't worth removing a star, but when you install the bluetooth Windows installs the incorrect driver. The driver on the CD is the proper driver and works great.

Purchased this to use with a Bose SoundLink mobile speaker to enable streaming music already on my PC. After putting it in a USB port on my All-in-One PC tried to install it using the software provided on the CD. However, it caused my PC to crash -- probably because I have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. After getting PC restarted, tried it again with same results!!. Therefore, am returning this to Best Buy

Has been a good investment and use it daily. Have a little problem with the small touch button but otherwise, like it a lot. I would tell friends to use one.

The adapter was purchased as a gift and I assume the receipent will use it with her laptop since that was what she indicated she needed it for.

Tried to use it to connect to PS3 controller to PC wirelessly but wouldn't let me pair it. I'm sure it's good for other devices though.

I found this easy to install the software. I like that I can use it in one PC and move it to another one and use it there as well.

works great and is simple to install. I put it in the usb port and it was recognized and software installed almost immediatly.

After installing the enclosed installation CD on my laptop, my computer did not recognize the bluetooth adapter. I had to go to the manufacturer's website and install it from there. All worked well for about a week and then my computer started crashing (blue screen of death) every time I tried to use anything with bluetooth. I uninstalled the Rocketfish bluetooth adapter and now my computer is working perfectly.

Disappointed that it simply would not work. The blue shirt knew nothing about the incompatibility. I would encourage anyone who wants to buy accessories like this to verify with someone who really knows what they are talking about whether the item is really compatible.

The installation/ setup was easy. It wasn't the cheapest, but I have always had good experiences with the Rocketfish brand.

I love using bluetooth, i can cook, clean while watching movies without bothering my husband. I recommend this product.

It's perfect for sending information from my phone to laptop for work purpose.
