Works just like it says. Good range. Very happy with it.

If you install the CD and follow its intructions it is a simple item to set up. Works great syncing my phone to my laptop, havent had an issue yet with it, but this whole concept in general i can understand how people get a little lost and make errors. Overall good product, if your completely computer illiterate have someone there to help

Not a bod product at all. Works great. The only complaint i have is the range is not very far when using for headphones. I could barely walk into the next room without it cutting out. It could be my Bluetooth headphones though. But, if you will be near (like within 10ft) you should be fine. Well worth the price though. :) I do recommend it for anyone who does a lot at their desk.

Contrary to some other reviews, I had no problem installing the software and connecting to my Bluetooth device (Jawbone Jambox speaker). Unfortunately, I purchased this product to connect my laptop (which I wanted to keep inside the house) to the Jambox speaker (which I wanted to position on the patio) 25 feet away. The Rocketfish Bluetooth adapter can't handle that range, and the Jambox loses the signal at 12-15 feet. (My wife's otherwise overpriced, over-hyped underpowered iMac easily maintains its built-in Bluetooth connection to the same Jambox speaker at 30-35 feet.) The Rocketfish adapter is also at the high end of the price range for comparable products, but I was "victimized" by the convenience of being in a Best Buy store and bought it along with the Jambox instead of shopping for a better product.
