It allowed my computer to communicate with my new printer as advertised. I purchased a printer with Bluetooth but would not communicate with my Bluetooth Laptop; this adapter salved that problem.

I had a Macbook Pro with a bad motherboard. The graphics for the built-in display went bad, but still worked with and external... long story short I sold the lid on Ebay for $300 and later discovered that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are in the lid. Doh! Picked this up to get Bluetooth back and good to go!

I bought this product to have access to bluetooth on my 5 year old computer.

Bought this for my wireless bluetooh headset/mic combination. Use it at work to listen to my music/radio without bothering co-workers. Can walk almost to the other side of a pre-civil war courthouse before losing reception. Hands free, easy set up, clear sound, what more can one ask for?

For the price, its a good buy. Bluetooth is always a good thing. :-)

The Verizon Samsung Gusto 2 cell phone is unable to transfer photos to a computer via USB cable. Plugged this adapter into a Windows 7 laptop, paired the cell phone to the laptop via Bluetooth, and was able to transfer the photos to the laptop utilizing Windows Explorer.

Good price. Easy to hook up, basically plug in and go. Bought this so I can use a bluetooth headset on my laptop because my wired headphone jack broke and this was cheaper than repairing my laptop.

This blu tooth transmitter is great. Our only issue was with trying to reconnect it to our home stereo after disconnecting it. The systems just would not communicate for the longest time. After several restarts we managed to get it working again, and we have not had a problem since. This product is well worth the price.

I brought this to add Bluetooth to my laptop for wireless speakers and it's amazing. It's was so easy to install and was recognized by my PC right away using windows 8. It's was exactly what I needed and I would highly recommend this product.

Bought this to synch a wiimote to my computer to use as an infrared camera, and didnt run into too many problems there. Used to move some files from my phone to my computer and that went smoothly as well. Havn't had any connection problems yet.

When I purchased this v2.1 adapter I was told that it would give my Bluetooth device a range of 50 feet. While not quite so, I later purchased a v4.0 adapter for my other laptop, having been told it would double the range of the v2.1, only to find it barely increased the range of the earlier version...

I have an older laptop without Bluetooth, and this was a handy way to add that functionality for an incredibly reasonable price. Now I can connect my newer devices to it and streamline the use of all my technology products at the same time!
