Stop until the reset button is pressed . There is wide range of outlets and other ports provided, which is exactly what we needed. Maybe we just got a stinker!

I had purchased all the store stock. They were on sale and I got stuck with a cheaper model for the same price. The LED lights seem to fail. The plugs simply fail. Not a good thing since I have about 6 of these in my house. The USB chargers and cord extensions are awesome.

It is now a paperweight brick, very disappointed considering the cost and there was no power surge or anything that could cause it to fry like it is designed to do, just went dead after normal use
