Bought this and never opened it. Couldnt stomach the price!!

This worked for one week. After a brief power outage it would not work at all. Tried the reset but it refused to come back.

I'm glad I saw this in the store or I might have passed it by. The quality just from visual inspection stood out. It was cheaper than a respective Monster power unit, but with an extra outlet, separate 4 port quick charge capable USB charge hub, & two 1' plug extensions in case you have any power bricks that are too big (or have more than 6 the power supply provides for power bricks) Another nice feature: light up outlets! Has a touch button to enable or disable. Definitely helps if in a dark area.

I got this new one because i needed more plugs then my recent 6 outlet one i had, the first thing i saw was is that it had 4 USB ports on the power center and it comes with an additional 4 and they are fast charging USB ports, it also comes with a $1,000,000 connected equipment limited warranty, this is my first RocketFish item i have ever bought from them and im definitely going to consider them next time for future produces

Does what they advertise. Good product! Rockfish continues to fill this void.

as soon as I mounted to the stand my home system resides I noticed the backlighting for the outlets was flashing rapidly. I've seen this complaint from several other customers reviews. the unit came with only a quick setup guide that is like two pages. nothing detailed. I noticed that the button for the backlight is very sensative, which is normal, but the flashing is not. I don't care for the backlighting buy concerned about it causing other issues later on. you know I had to, yes, I voided my warranty and took it apart and what I saw on the inside I did not like. but being the technician I am I had to go inside. I've seen a few circuit boards over the years so I know in general what the appearance of a board should look like and this one looks like a 5 year old child soldered it together as a science project. it still works and the lights quit flashing even though I did nothing but look. IDK

I purchased this from the installers for my surround system and new TV from Best Buy. Over the past year, I have had to move all of my plugs. I'm using a non-surge protector for two plug-ins, and I call customer service extended wait times (on the phone). I did purchase a warranty on the stereo and TV. I need to check to see if this product has an extended warranty. I'm going to try and find another surge protector that will be able to give the power, and working power outlets. My suggestion; keep shopping for a surge protector. It is overpriced and didn't last, too bad.
