Had numerous power outages already from lightning strikes, and it hasn't failed me yet. My last one which was also a purchase from Best Buy from their older brand pre-insignia didn't protect my last TV so well... Albeit it was showing it's age for being so old.... so for my new TV we also needed a new surge protector. This does the job. Powers the TV and 220w sound system just fine :) Although, Could be priced a bit cheaper. It doesn't cost as much to make, come on.... We all know it! :)

Needed some additional protected outlets behind my entertainment system, this worked perfectly. Seems to be good quality at a good price. l

Good design , plenty of outlets , good price. This is a great buy. I actually went back and got two more for other equipment around my house.

Excellent power bar. Got it mainly for the surge protector feature but really enjoy the added benefit of the USB connections.

Surge protector is perfect for your television and all your accessories so long as it's 7 or less. Contemporary and narrow so your television stand can be placed close to the wall. Does it actually protect? Only time will tell.

These are great! We had an issue with our electic always going out during storms. They are a life saver to our electroics.

Needed a new one for new TV with sound bar and this one fit the bill. Added plus: it doesn't look like the frumpy forerunner power strips.

Good mix of A/C power ports and USB ports in one slim unit. A/C ports are close together so not great for big wall-wart plugs.

I've become a huge fan of Rocketfish power strips! The outlet plug lays flat so you can easily put it behind a piece of furniture without that piece of furniture sticking out a mile from the wall. The outlets on the strip are decently spaced to allow room for those 'awkward' plugs that leave you wondering who thought designing a plug that way would be a good idea. I love the option of the USB on the powerstrip - more and more products lately are charged via USB only, unless you want to spend money on a wall outlet charger for it.

Great outlet. Easy to use. I like that it is slim which allows to tuck under tables or behind other furniture.

Works great behind home entertainment unit. usb works great for some led light packs. glad I picked it up.

If you are looking for a great surge protector look no further. It also has two usb for charging your cellphones.

I love this power strip, and yes, that's a strange thing to say about a power strip. The only drawback is I wish the cord was longer, but the strip itself is fantastic. The two USB ports are great, the strip powers high-consumption devices like a Facebook Portal, and it looks great. I'm thinking of getting another one soon to replace a cheaper Insignia one I currently have. I'm not sure it's worth the full-retail price, but when it's on sale, it's a must-buy if you need a power strip.

Surge protector works great and I know my electrical devices are protected. The additional USB ports are useful.

The joules should withstand power surges and protect any special electronics you have plugged into it. Comes with enough outlets to protect several devices.
