The only downfsll is the price. Unfortunately, Best Buy had none for the price we would have liked. We wound up returning these and buying very similar ones for half the price somewhere else. It simply wasn't in our budget. But if price is not your concern, these have USB outlets on them that make it a very useful item.

The only thing I was disappointed in is the on/off switch. it is not as robust as what I thought it would up. This the problem with ordering on-line, you can not "kick the tires".

Before you buy this, and you are planning to plug in wall warts, check the orientation of the sockets. If you don't know what I'm talking about, google "power strip socket orientation" The price is a little bit on the high side too.

Tried to get lightning to strike the house to see how well the surge protection was for this review, but could not get it to work. Maybe I forgot the key on the kite string???
