Ok but not real easy to use

Took it back to the store and were told to jiggle the plug back and forth to make it go in. When we tried that it worked. Don't like doing that, but maybe all the newer ones work that way. Our old one didn't. The plug in holes are close together and some plugs are now oversized so could only use every other spot. Our old one had the plug in holes spaced out more.
