The tech mounted it behind the TV keeping the entire install looking very clean.

This is a good power strip, the only thing I would change is to make some adjustable blocks or add more space between each power inout. Many of todays power cords are large blocks or have horizontal placement which makes this power strip cumbersome or impossible to use all 7 inputs.

Replaced an old unit. So far no problems with the unit

I needed a good surge protector that was also UL and or ETL listed and that's what this is. I've had it for a while now and I am completely satisfied with it.

I was quite surprised at how durable the surge protector looked once I opened the box. This thing is "HUGE." ...Not too familiar with Rocketfish, but I like what seen thus far.

Had lighting strike hit my home. This surge protector did not protect my arlo base or printer. Filed a claim. The storm happened a few days short of the one year expiration and I called to make a claim and received a claim number. They said call back with serial numbers, did so, which now happened to be past the one year, which they said would be ok since I had a claim number. Was given new claim number upon the 2nd call which was after one year. Again was told this would be ok since the claim adjusters had access to information. After several stonewalling emails. Shelby, the claims adjuster says the claim cannot be processed. I sent photos of the equipment showing serial numbers, along with the rocketfish receipt. Also, I had registered the rocketfish surge protector at purchase, they confirmed it was registered to me upon first call. Shelby claims I don't have a receipt for the equipment. Which I purchased at Best Buy. Cannot download bestbuy statement from that long ago, and do not have reciept. This is a 70.00 arlo base and a 60.00 printer (which was a gift). The county closed the roads in my area during the storm it was so bad. so they should be able to verify the storm with a weather tracker. This is a joke of an operation to try to make a valid claim for equipment. Don't purchase this for the warranty they claim they will provide to cover your losses. The bottom line is the surge protector FAILED. It's over priced and does not work, and when your equipment fries, they won't help you. In addition, I had a router plugged into another surge protector. Purchased the router at the same time as the Rocketfish. It also failed. The router manufacturer sent me a brand new router, NO harassing emails with endless requests for further information and duplicate claim numbers that layer the ability to track the claim to give a certain denial outcome. All this aggrevation for nothing. I have since purchased a new base. No help from rocketfish.
