He worked very well to remove the old and install my new TV while keeping me updated as needed. He showed great care while positioning the new TV on my TV cabinet. He assured my remote was working as it should. He cleaned up and made sure I was comfortable with the new equipment. He thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns.
